Rose Harissa Michelada

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz tomato juice

  • 4 oz NA beer, light or golden

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce or Bloody Mary mix

  • 1 pinch Rose Harissa spice (optional)

  • 1 dash Rose water (optional)

  • Rose Harissa salt rim

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon Rose Harissa spice with 1 teaspoon salt.

  2. Use Rose Harissa salt to rim a tall glass.

  3. Fill the glass halfway with ice.

  4. Add tomato juice, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently.

  5. Add rose water or a pinch of rose harissa, if using, and stir again.

  6. Top with light NA beer.

  7. Garnish with lime wedge or pickled garnish and serve.
