Transform fruit and vegetables into a complex and tangy treat.
Making them is straightforward- all you’ll need is 2 cups of fruit or veg and a jar. Culinary acids, salt, and sugar pull natural juices from the vegetables, allowing them to pickle quickly. The flavor is reminiscent of a lacto-fermented pickle but without the waiting time.
We added three variations this year! - Tangy Lactic Acid with Savory Spice and Bright Citric Acid with aromatic Nordic Spice or spicy Rose Harissa
Ways to use:
